Self-Catering Booking Conditions

• Check-in: 15:00 - 20:30
  (Please notify us by phone, email or text if you expect to arrive after 18:00)
• Check-out: 07:00 - 10:30
• No smoking: The property is strictly non-smoking.
• Pets: We're sorry, but pets are not permitted.

• No deposit is taken at the time of booking.
• Your card details are used only to secure the reservation.
• Free cancellation is available up to 14 days prior to arrival.

• The full balance is due 14 days before arrival.
• The card used to make the booking will be charged automatically at this point.
• If you'd prefer to use a different card, please contact us in advance to arrange this.
• For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is requireed at the time of booking.

We strongly recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances.
